Jeremy's Minimalist Tech

Being a recent grad can be pretty tough. I remember when I first graduated, I could barely even find a reasonable house to rent, let alone owning amazing furniture to furnish my dream apartment with. The trick is, know what to splurge on and what not to. Especially if you're using the piece to house your tech, let the tech stand out.

Just a year out of college, these roommates definitely know how to decorate their space. The furniture is minimal and modern — but in just the right amounts. It doesn't look too sparse or modern, it looks like they know exactly what they're doing.

The deck is scattered throughout the house and it can be easily missed. The desk is Jeremy's room isn't high-end or from some obscure retailer, it looks like IKEA (we know the bed is definitely IKEA!). The roommates know what to splurge on and what not to, and that's definitely a skill to have. We love that Jeremy's desk is clutter free and only holds the computer and speakers.

In the communal areas, there's a beautiful refinished craigslist find that holds their record player and records. Finding good vintage deals on craigslist is another really great and important skill to have, especially if you're looking for tech and/or pieces to house your tech.
