When I decided to redo my daughter's room I turned to dreamy neutrals, hints of black and pops of pink to create a space fit for a sleeping beauty. My goal was to create a tailored bedroom fit for a toddler that could easily transition with her as she grew. The result? A dreamland of neutrals and soft tones, hints of European elegance, and a bold modern spirit.

I started the room off with a blank slate - white walls and wooden floors. I decided to keep the four post bed since it is a family piece that has been handed down, but I knew I needed modern pieces to balance the room. I picked up a simple white dresser and nightstand that both have a mod feel with Danish design from Wayfair. I then used creative art to add pops of color and character.

Source List:

  • The oversized rabbit print is perfect for a young girl: Cocktail
  • The abstract print above the bed will transition with her as she grows: Parima Creative Studio
  • The canopy hung in the corner is the perfect little hide away or reading nook : Mokkasin
  • Table and chairs allows a space for creative play (table and chairs from hayneedle)

Thanks, Elizabeth!
