Jenny from the block is on the move: The singer and actor is selling her penthouse duplex at The Whitman, a boutique building with famous neighbors in the NoMad area of Manhattan.

Lopez bought the property in 2014 for $22 million, where her neighbors include Chelsea Clinton and Nascar driver Jeff Gordon. The 6,500 square foot duplex includes four bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two half baths, and four terraces that total over 3,000 square feet of outdoor space. The place has wide plank floors, ceilings that go up to 12 and a half feet, and views of Madison Square Park.

“This is the crown jewel of the Whitman,” listing agent Adam Modlin told the New York Times.

Modlin couldn’t comment on whether Lopez was buying elsewhere in New York, but the New York Post reported last month that the Shades of Blue star was spotted house hunting with boyfriend, former Yankee Alex Rodriguez. The source said:

Jennifer and Alex are looking at apartments together that would be large enough for the both of them and their children….Alex is currently based in Miami and doesn’t have an apartment in the city. Jennifer will be in Manhattan a lot filming her NBC show ‘Shades of Blue,’ and Alex wants to be here with her. They are totally inseparable.

The listing photos above are from when Lopez bought the property, but the Times has some current photos, so check them out for a peek into JLo’s decor style (Spoiler: there are a lot of neutrals, with some pops of plum, plus luxe textures and quite a few plants.)
