The winter installment of The Magnolia Journal, Chip and Joanna Gaines’ quarterly magazine, hits newsstands today. The issue offers up a ton of tips for filling your home with cheer, remaining sane and grateful during the hectic season, and offers a peek into their newest vacation rental, The Hillcrest Estate, all done up for the holidays.

Much of the magazine is dedicated to the idea of wonder; how to ground yourself in the magic of this time of year and create special moments for yourself and your family. With a calendar of ideas for how to make the most of November, December and January, hopefully inspiring you to “make plenty of room for the wonder of winter.”

There are practical tips as well. Along with a killer brunch menu, you’ll find a gorgeous spread on crafting a wow-worthy tablescape. They offer tips for tables that are formal, minimal and of course, modern farm. There are plenty of suggestions for decorating and entertaining, from making your own wreaths to wrapping the perfect package, to decorating with candlesticks.

They’ve also provided a few print outs, so you can add some Magnolia style to your holidays with a few quick clicks.
