John Mayer Has a Laundry Collab – Yes You Read That Right

There is no better smell than laundry fresh out of the dryer. You will never want to get out of bed after putting fresh sheets on your mattress. That smell is to die for! Apparently, one celebrity loves laundry so much, they decided to branch out of their career path to create their own laundry collaboration.

Did you know that John Mayer loves laundry? Yes, the man who sings the song “Your Body Is A Wonderland” has his own laundry detergent. John actually does have a huge passion for laundry. In 2016, he shared on Snapchat how he likes to hand wash his white t-shirts. He’d personally taken up the challenge to see how long 7 plain white t-shirts would last him.

John found a way to take his love of laundry to the next level by creating his own laundry collab, which launched in late 2016. The collab is called The Laundress X John Mayer Out West. There is a fabric spray, laundry detergent, and a combo pack of the two.

Whether en route during a world tour or stationed at home, clean, fine-tune, and freshen everyday laundry with the OUT WEST fragrance by using this dynamic duo. Through this eco-conscious partnership, 50% of proceeds from sales will go to the Montana Association of Land Trusts (MALT).

John was very proud to share the collab on Instagram. He shared it with the caption:

If you take pride in what you wear but you’re not concerned with fabric care, you’re missing half the story (and probably trashing some great stuff.) I teamed up with @thelaundress to create a limited edition detergent and fabric fresh spray called OUT WEST.
