Earlier this year, she placed her Nolita condo on the market and subsequently sold it, and now model and entrepreneur Karlie Kloss is aiming to offload another residence. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel recently listed her two-bedroom NYC townhouse for $2.75 million, a slightly higher price than she paid for the place in 2012.

Represented by Nick Gavin of Compass, who declined to comment, the posh three-story dwelling is located in the West Village and has two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

A wrought iron gate surrounds the home and also serves as an enclosure for the property’s landscape garden in front. Inside the home, a foyer opens up into a spacious living area with white flooring and walls, the air of openness enhanced by 12-foot ceilings. The area is outfitted with various seating options, making it the perfect space for entertaining guests.

A small set of steps leads into the eat-in kitchen complete with breakfast nook, stainless steel appliance, ample countertop space and a full bathroom.

Rounding out the lower level is a large area that is currently designated as a media room and library but as the listing notes, the space can also function as a home office, guest room or a rec room.

The second floor of the home houses the two bedrooms, one of which has a skylight and a walk-in closet. The master suite has a private terrace that offers views of Charles Street; the room also has a wall of floor-to-ceiling customized closets for extra storage space as well as a tiled bathroom with skylight, rain shower, tub and double vanity.

Among the amenities are an in-unit washer and dryer and central air conditioning; the community is pet-friendly and located near the Whitney Museum, The High Line and the Hudson River Promenade.
