On August 15, Kate Hudson posted a photo to Instagram showing how she and her podcast producer Allison Bresnick get their work done — outside, under the shade of a gorgeous fringed patio umbrella that is making their workday look like an exotic vacation.

“How we work!” Hudson captioned the pic. “Our trusty @siblingrevelry producer ❤️ What would @theoliverhudson and I do without her?!”
