Kathryn & Joey ‘s Eclectic, DIY Condo
Name: Kathryn & Joey
Location: Belltown Neighborhood, Seattle, Washington
We are first time homeowners living in a small condo in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. Our home is a serene, comforting space in the middle of the bustling downtown scene. It is approximately 800 square feet with two bedrooms and has a large, open kitchen and living space. We also have huge windows, which let in lots of light.
Our style is an eclectic mix of handcrafted decor and thrift store finds. We are both creative-minded, and have worked hard to bring our personalities into our home.
From the herringbone chalkboard wall in our office, to the DIY fabric artwork hanging above our dining room table, our home is uniquely ours. We pride ourselves in constantly improving our space. Some of our improvement projects have been documented on our blog, mox & fodder.
We both love city life, so the location of our condo is perfect for us. We can walk to Pike Place Market and are only a few minutes from Olympic Sculpture Park, not to mention tons of fabulous restaurants and shops. Belltown is a great, walkable neighborhood, and we wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Thanks, Kathryn & Joey!
