Unbreakable Kid-Friendly Christmas Decor

If your house isn't already Christmased to the max, and you're looking for a few Christmas decorations that are kid-friendly (that is, something that's not going to shatter over the next 25 days), then here are a few of our favorites from around the web:

1. Pom Tassel Stocking from Anthropologie. Anthropologie has amazing Christmas decor, every year. This year is no exception. Pom poms feature heavily in 2014 — a perfect alternative to glass for little hands.

2. All the Colors of the Rainbow Ornaments from Land of Nod. These balls are made of heavy, heavy paper mâché — meaning no breaking when falling from the tree.

3. Felt Ball Christmas Wreath from Felt Foxes. Felt Foxes on Etsy make the most perfect felt ball wreaths and garlands. This one in bubblegum-esque colors would be great for both Christmas and birthdays!

4. Holiday Bright Lights Garland from Land of Nod. If the thought of bringing out your vintage string of lights this year makes you a little squeamish, there's no reason to miss out on the look with this adorable felt option.

5. Felt Gnome Ornaments from Crate and Barrel. Crate and Barrel have quite a large range of felt ornaments this year. These two are irresistibly cute, but the rest are worth checking out as well.
