Le Creuset Just Launched a New Color That’s Out of This World (No, Really!)
Anything Le Creuset-related is big news at Kitchn, but their new color launches are particularly extra exciting, considering they only happen two or three times a year. In fact, the last big launch was in January (remember Artichaut and Nectar?), so we were thrilled to learn that Le Creuset just dropped a brand new color, and many pieces are already on sale! Before you scroll down to see the color in all its enameled glory, we’ll just say that it’s going to leave you starry-eyed.
Meet Cosmos! The dazzling deep blue is inspired by the galaxy and graces some of Le Creuset’s most classic cookware pieces, including the Dutch Oven in 3.5-qt., 5.5-qt., and 7.25-qt. sizes; a 5-qt. and 6.75-qt. Oval Dutch Oven; and a 2.25-qt., 3.75-qt., and 5-qt. Braiser.
The color also includes stoneware baking dishes in various sizes and styles, such as the 7-qt. Signature Roaster (that’s already on sale!); 4-qt. Heritage Casserole; 4-qt. Rectangular Baking Dish; and 3-qt. Heritage Square Dish. Plus there are coffee mugs (already 20 percent off!) and the most gorgeous French press in the shiny dark blue glaze.
We can already picture the beautiful blue pieces taking center stage on our dinner tables, filled with wintry delights like stews, chili, cheesy casseroles, bright orange pumpkin pies….you get the idea. Because once you’re armed with a piece of Le Creuset cookware in this color, the world universe is your oyster. And a really delicious one at that!
