LG's Cute Keyboard: The Equivalent of a Bluetooth Headset

Typing and texting on your pitifully small phone isn't a pleasant experience for some people. Unless you're a 10 year old girl who can text as fast as I can touchtype, some people would prefer to text using a QWERTY keyboard. For all of you who need a little keyboard to do exactly that, LG is coming out with an nice and small one, that will be perfect for texting and writing emails while you're on the go. I don't know if this is the way to go, but sometimes solutions like this just make life easier.

The LG LBA C-300 is a Bluetooth keyboard. It's supposed to be used mainly as a wireless QWERTY keyboard for LG phones. The design is reminiscent of these old Texas Instrument calculators that your dad used to have. It's not a bad design and it fits neatly in a rectangular shape. The great thing is that it's able to write and send new messages without looking at your phone. It's got a lot of features which can be enabled by using LG's C300 Qwerty Card. The keyboard is able to use the clock, alarm, and calendar functions. It also allows you to control some functions of your phone, while it's still in your pocket! Now that's pretty cool.

I'm sure that people will find a use for this little gizmo. The thing that is a bit strange is that it makes phones modular, which isn't always good when you are moving around. Would you really take out this keyboard and start texting away when you're on the bus? Still, once you're stationary and at your desk, it might prove useful. Nevertheless, it looks pretty neat and tidy. [via Unwired View]
