Lidl Is Selling an iRobot Roomba Dupe That Only Costs $150
Even though robot vacuums are among the most highly coveted home items out there, the popular models often cost hundreds of dollars, making them a definite splurge for the average household. But German supermarket chain Lidl is selling an affordable dupe of the ever popular iRobot Roomba, a true bargain for those looking to make cleaning their homes just a bit less time-consuming.
Available online and at all Lidl stores, the Silvercrest Robot Vacuum is going for $149.99, a fraction of what the iRobot Roomba usually costs. The vacuum comes with customizable cleaning options and smart app capability (including Amazon Alexa) without the hefty price tag of competitor models.
Featuring a personalized cleaning schedule with up to 40 voice commands available, this compact vac works well on hardwood flooring and low-pile carpets. Its central combination floor brush and two side brushes make it easy to get in corners and crevices where dirt and dust can unknowingly accumulate.
It has five cleaning modes for optimal control and a virtual barrier device that creates invisible “no-go” areas, so your vacuum won’t get stuck or caught on furniture. It also features 11 anti-collision sensors and three anti-drop sensors for added protection, along with a limited three-year warranty in case any issues arise.
The rechargeable battery provides up to two hours of cleaning time, and the vacuum will automatically make its way back to the charging dock once it’s done, preventing excess battery drainage. Additionally, it comes with a washable dust container for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The Silvercrest Robot Vacuum is now available online and in Lidl stores, but only for a limited time. Don’t miss your chance to sweep up this good deal.
