Little Tikes Taxi Transformation

Apparently Little Tikes isn't getting the message: kids love their toys, but many parents can't stand the sight of them. Tracy is the latest parent we've come across who took matters (and spray paint) into her own hands to transform this garage sale find into a fun taxi for her son Noah - complete with fare meter!

Tracy tells us about this terrific project: Our son Noah loves taxi cabs! When our mother-in-law brought us a garage sale find, we jumped at the chance to turn it into our son's dream taxi. After a good scrub-down, we used the Krylon spray paint for plastic to turn the vehicle yellow, and added vinyl graphics to make the taxicab his own. Reflectors and a handmade cushioned vinyl seat made it even more comfortable. The best part - besides the horn - is the "meter" (a tabletop sports counter) which allows Noah to keep track of his mileage.

This is one taxi we'd definitely hail down (and tip well)! Thanks Tracy!
