Zimbio Inc, the parent company to websites Zimbio & Stylebistro, announced today that they have acquired Lonny Magazine. Editor-in-Chief Michelle Adams and Director of Photography Patrick Cline, will continue to run the publication. Zimbio plans to focus on technology to make Lonny more interactive and add options for smartphones and tablets.
