Look! Cut Out Paper Toy Post Cards

While roaming through our local comic book store yesterday, we came across these great little post cards from Monkey Design USA. You write on the back side of them, attach a stamp and the receiver can cut and paste their own little toy! It would be a great way to pass along something fun if you're just sending a card or a note to say hello. The joy of receiving mail is one that kids and adults alike will always have a passion for, so click through for details!

The instructions are simple as you glue together like letters and cut along the lines. We cheated and cut small slits along the edges instead of cutting out all those little triangles! It worked out just the same and only required a pair of scissors instead of a sharper X-acto knife!

There are all sorts of designs listed on their website from dogs and squirrels to tennis shoes, robots and automobiles! We picked ours up for under $2 and it has been a great way to spend an afternoon (our glue is still drying). Check their store locations to see if you can pick them up in your area! Any child would be elated to open the mailbox and find one of these staring back at them!
