Buying "kid height" furniture can often times feel frustrating. For most children, things like tables and chairs will only last a few years comfortably, before they end up too large for what is usually an expensive purchase. One easy way to do this is with adjustable height legs and rotate your tops as the needs of your child change. Click through the jump for tips and links on these legs and a few more!

We came across these legs and truly fell in love with the idea of an adjustable leg that grows with your child.

These legs from Table Legs Online run $134 for a set of 4 (of the same color way). And although that sounds higher than a garage sale find, think about all the different options you could have by changing out the tops (Which are usually cheaper) as your child grows.

They start out at 23" and can grow 7" as your child's needs change. Each leg has a safety sleeve that covers the adjusting mechanism so fingers don't accidentally get pinched. Once they are no longer needed, the piece can be broken down and the legs saved until more little one's need to use it or you put them to use in another room in your house.

You can also check out these kids sized table legs (although they don't adjust in the same manner).
