Look3D Eyewear

We've talked about the current and still impending influx of 3D televisions and one of our biggest concerns was at home 3D glasses. We don't want to invite a date over to our house to watch movies and wear some hideous pair of glasses that came stock from the manufacturer. Even if you're not concerned with that aspect of things, wouldn't it be nice to choose what kind of glasses you wear while watching your 3D tv?

Look3D is extending that luxury to us. They have taken the eyewear industry to a new level and justly so. We don't personally have a 3D TV and most likely won't be purchasing one, but if we did, we'd know where to get our 3D glasses.

Shopping for 3D glasses is much the same as shopping for vision correcting eyewear or sunglasses. It's all about personal preference and taste. Just because you purchase a piece of technology that requires glasses doesn't mean you have to use their glasses.

The glasses are fitted with a thicker lens which meets the high specification standards set by RealD. Look3D offers six month warranties, should anything happen to the glasses. Which could come in handy if you purchase a 3D TV and realize you're not into it.

Look3D hasn't opened their online store to the public yet, but do sell to theaters. We're hoping for all of you 3D TV owners out there that they open the store soon!
