MacAusland Woolen Blankets

Better than Pendleton! Looking for a really traditional, cozy wool blanket, I stumbled into this Canadian company by way of a great little shop in the UK, Toast. MacAusland was founded as a sawmill in 1870, and began making blankets in 1932. They are the only mill in Atlantic Canada to still produce traditional blankets using 100% virgin wool yarn.

Twill weave with ecru stripes at either end. Blanket stitched edges.

The color above is Blue Heather, AND they come in 15 colors and three styles.
