We're still feeling pretty pent up with all the nasty weather that's going around and our usual bag of tricks is slowly coming to an end when it comes to the little ones in our lives — that was until we came across this quick and easy tutorial for making your own stickers. Just imagine the possibilities!
We ran across this super fun (and easy) tutorial and think it's a great way to use up scraps of paper, left over wrapping paper from the holidays, even old school artwork that seems to be piling up!
All you need is a little corn syrup, some flavoring and Knox gelatin. The mixture is then applied to the back of your paper and allowed to dry. When dry, cut or punch our shapes from your assorted papers. All that's left to do is lick-em and stick-em!
You could have books that are just for stickers to adhere to, roll out the craft paper and let the kids go to town on something large, or put them to work making winter cards for friends and family (or stickers to seal the envelope with anyway!).
