Amid cries of "Ooh" and "Ahh" and "Where can I get that?," reader reldihs pointed out in the comments of Brian and Tanika's tour that this cubby looked a lot like a DIY project by Ben Uyeda. Ben suggests that the project should cost only $30 (a little more if you want to line it with felt like Tansy's cubby), and around 7 hours.
It's not an exact match, but pretty darn close. And let's face it: Both versions are a big improvement over most pet store dog beds, for both your aesthetics and your pup's security and comfort.
