Make Your Home Holiday Ready by Preparing For This

How holiday ready is your home? With only a couple of weekends until Thanksgiving (and plenty of other holidays on their way after that), you could get a leg up on all the holiday work by preparing your home for this today.

If you’re entertaining this holiday season, there are two main areas of your home you could spend some weekend time working on. If you’ll be entertaining dinner guests for Thanksgiving, why not consider giving your dining room a nice deep clean? You could also take a look at your dining room furniture — table and chairs or bench — and see if anything needs tightening or repairing.

If you will have overnight guests, you might take a look at your guest room to clean it, see if you need new sheets or consider adding some design details to make it even more homey.
