One half of the actress-turned-fashion mogul twin duo Mary-Kate Olsen and her husband Olivier Sarkozy are looking to offload a pair of Manhattan townhouses. Located at 123 E. 10th St., and 125 E. 10th St., the posh residences recently hit the market for $7.69 million and $8.3 million, respectively.

The former space is 4,200 square feet, five stories tall and has an eat-in kitchen along with a total of five bedrooms, one of which is a master suite that encompasses an entire level. The latter townhome has the same amount of bedrooms and bears 19th-century original mantels, moldings and fireplaces, just like its counterpart.

The homes also share what the listing highlights as “one of the largest private gardens in Manhattan,” which is likely just as cozy and inviting as the private patio in the couple’s current home, a $13.5 million Turtle Bay Gardens townhouse, a stunning 8,000 square-foot five bedroom residence the pair purchased in 2014.

According to the New York Post, Mary-Kate and Olivier never actually lived in the 123 E. 10th street location, but they did however devote rent the other property between 2012 and 2014, during which time they upgraded the bathrooms and the kitchen.

The 123 10th Street townhome is represented by Mark Amadei and Jonathan Hettinger of Sotheby’s International Realty while 125 E. 10th is listed with Jason Haber of Warburg Realty, who declined to comment on this listing. While owning either one of these homes would obviously be a dream, they can also be purchased as a package deal for $15.99 million.

The Olsens are no strangers to making major real estate moves. In 2009, the sisters bought a 5,725 square foot NYC penthouse for $7.2 million then sold it for $ $7.7 million the following year. In 2016, Ashley dropped $7.3 million on a gorgeous apartment in Greenwich Village.
