People Were Showering with Mrs. Meyers, So They Made Some Actual Body Wash

If you’re as obsessed with Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day and their garden-fresh smelling cleaning products as we are, the news we’re about to tell you is going to brighten up your world like a beautiful spring day.

The brand, which is known for packing essential oils and invigorating aromatherapy scents into their products, has just launched some of those amazing scents in the personal care category — like lotions, body wash, and bar soap — and they’ve also introduced a whole new line of scents for spring to top it off.

Released in January, Mrs. Meyer’s new bath washes were developed when they heard from a lot of their customers that they were taking their classic cleaning products into the shower with them. Acknowledging that it’s not exactly the best or most hydrating thing for you skin, Mrs. Meyer’s got inspired by their customer feedback and decided to develop shower-and-bath safe versions of some of their most popular scents: lavender, lemon verbena, honeysuckle, and our personal favorite — and a great unisex scent if you’re cohabitating — basil.

Mrs. Meyers has also just released new spring scents as part of their lineup, including Lilac and Peony, the latter of which was personally selected by Thelma Meyer, the real-life inspiration (and mother of nine!) behind all of Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Products. The Lilac formula includes hints of jasmine, lavender and rose, while Thelma’s favorite Peony formula includes notes of lemon blossom and melon.
