We'd never guess this was a budget party - Emily has a way of making everything beautiful. She shares: Since we are in the process of adopting, we really don't have much of a budget for parties right now. But, I wanted to make sure that Kohen got a proper celebration. So, we invited a few close family and friends over and had a Paul Frank/Circus themed small party.

I'm proud to say that everything (minus the food, pizza and fruit) was under $30, total! I was first inspired by the Paul Frank plates, found at Target...and then everything else kind of came together. I found lots of stuff on clearance at Hobby Lobby as well. I also was able to use frames I already had and filled them with pictures of Kohen, and that decorated the tables as centerpieces.
