My Room: Luna

Luna’s room manages to be cheerful and soothing at the same time. Her mom Erika tells us about it: This is Lunas’ room, she loves the color pink but I didn’t want to go overboard with it, so we kept the room a sort of green mint color and added in different shades of pink.

Since moving into our house in June, we haven’t quite finished a complete room. The only 2 rooms we have managed to complete our Lunas’ and Kahlos’. Though I’m sure we will always be adding and rearranging.

Luna’s room is actually pretty big, and I’m still at a bit of a loss on what to do with the looong walls. Hoping to find a large piece of artwork that will grow with her. Most of our sources are Craigslist and Ikea. The white dresser used to be my changing table/dresser as a baby. The art on the wall near the window we purchased at a student art sale, along with Lunas’ own art, and a photo I did back in highschool. She is also for some reason obsessed with the Stella Mcartney Gap bag, so we hung up with some misc toys.

Thanks Erika! Readers, you can visit Erika at Walk Cool.
