Nervian CardReader Pro: The Camouflaging Card Reader

While you've already decided the benefits of having a card reader outweigh using your camera cord to download pictures, card readers can still be pretty obtrusive dongle-y little gadgets to have. The Nervian CardReader Pro manages to stay out of the way, yet it commands a gracious "Wow!" as soon as you spot it.

The Nervian CardReader Pro slips under the upper of lower "handle" of your Apple MacPro or PowerMac G5 tower without causing any disruption in the flow of design. It will remain in place securely thanks to a special latch mechanism, and is connected to the computer with a hidden-from-view USB 2.0 cable.

It supports up to 52 different formats, including the newer SDHC standard. Expect it to be available in October. We'll certainly be getting our hands on one.

UPDATE: If you sign up to be notified of the shipping date by email with this form before September 12, Nervian will give you 15 percent off of your CardReader Pro purchase.
