“New year, new me”? Actually, the correct phrase is, “New year, new Netflix.” The streaming giant has released an extensive list of TV shows and films coming (and leaving!) this month. Between original new titles and tried-and-true favorites, there will be no shortage of content this January. Check out the full list of TV shows and films coming and leaving from Netflix below—as well as three suggestions to add to those queues. Happy streaming! 

“Dream Home Makeover” (Season 2)

Shea and Syd McGee, the creative duo behind Studio McGee, are back for a second season of their popular home renovation series “Dream Home Makeover,” available on January 1.

“History of Swear Words”

Just call him Professor Cage. Actor Nicolas Cage will host “History of Swear Words,” a docuseries that explores the origins, pop culture usage, and cultural impact of curse words, available on January 5. 

“Sex and the City: The Movie”

Reunite with old gal pals Carrie Bradshaw, Samantha Jones, Miranda Hobbes, and Charlotte York Goldenblatt once again in the film adaptation of the beloved HBO rom-com series, available on January 1.
