Caitlin Betsy Bell makes the kind of children's toys I'd like to make if I had the time. And talent. And inclination. They are timeless; as suitable for your grandchildren as they were for your grandmother and she is committed to using all natural fibers.

Caitlin's design statement is inspiring and carried through to the items in her shop: Handmade is more than just stuff; it is time, energy, and thought that produces something truly special. The quality will always matter far more than quantity. The authenticity of handmade items can't be reproduced. I strive to provide others with the experience of handmade, to show them the love and care that goes into something made with them in mind. There is something spectacular about handmade, an old-fashioned, made from scratch tradition that needs to be preserved.

Here are a few items that won our hearts; visit Nifty Kidstuff to see what else Caitlin has up her sleeve. You can also follow her on the Nifty Kidstuff blog.
