It’s officially November, which means it’s time to pack up the pumpkins and skeletons for another year and crank up the Mariah Carey holiday tunes. It’s also the season for gift giving, and one particularly famed gifter — Oprah, you may have heard of her? — just dropped her annual guide known as Oprah’s Favorite Things. The 2021 version is full of style, home, beauty, pet, kid, and food gifts for basically everyone on your list.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of Oprah’s Favorite Things, and Lady O’s “going to go big by focusing small,” she says in the above video. “This year we’re celebrating small businesses, and many that are owned by women and people of color. We’re inspired by their stories and we hope that you will be too.”

Here are some of the standout picks from this year:

Oprah is pretty famous for her garden, so it's no surprise Lady O would choose these candles. "I take pride in growing some pretty impressive tomatoes," she says. "There’s a tomato-scented candle in this kitchen-friendly trio, along with herbaceous rosemary and cleansing sage. For each one purchased, a tree is planted."

Pups require a lot of accessories, but this makes it a little easier to get out of the house with free hands. "Keep both of you hydrated with this water bottle set," Oprah says. "The bottle bottom screws off to store keys and ID; then wrap the stretchy sleeve around it and wear it crossbody. When your pup is parched, pop open the retractable water bowl and fill it — talk about cool!"

"This 1,000-piece puzzle depicts African American artist Faith Ringgold’s painting of powerful women like Sojourner Truth, Harriet Tubman, and Rosa Parks holding a sunflower quilt," says Oprah. "I‘m proud to say I own the original!"

These charging stations come in three sizes, and "the large one can juice all your tech at once, plus it has a tray for jewelry and other odds and ends," says Oprah.

5 / 7

"Each of these scented stuffed animals has a removable pouch filled with either lavender (harvested from a farm in Sonoma Valley) or eucalyptus," says Oprah. "Pop the pouch in the microwave for a few seconds, place it into the stuffed animal, and — voilà! — a soothing snuggle buddy that’s great for the young and not-so-young."

6 / 7

"Perfect for walking the dog, running, hiking, or even in a power outage, this fun-looking tie-dye beanie with rechargeable LED light makes nighttime forays a whole lot brighter," says Oprah.

7 / 7

"Can you believe this is a blender? It’s almost too chic!" Oprah says. "But it doesn’t just look good — it really performs. It was created by the same guy who made the NutriBullet, so you know it’s genius. The ribbed design helps ensure a smoother blend, and it comes with a hydration system, allowing you to blend fruits and veggies to create fancy, spa-like water, too."
