Unplggd reader Pam Fitz of Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Beautiful sent us this Home Hack-worthy DIY project that transformed her kitchen catch all area into a nicely organized charging station for all her hand held electronics devices, using extremely easy to find and install elements.

I’ve wanted to incorporate some kind of charging station in this area for a while. I looked into buying one, but aside from costing more than I’m willing to spend, they all seemed to take up too much real estate on a small counter top like mine. I thought something wall mounted would be perfect, but I didn’t have any luck finding a wall-mounted charging station that could accomodate 4 plus devices.

Pam ended up using a ledge shelf and some 3M Command removable picture hanging strips to mount a perfectly sized tech landing strip and charging station, with easy access to her power cables. The new setup frees up all the room below that was once dominated by clutter, while also providing a designated space where her hand held electronics are always kept, decreasing the chances of losing them. Bravo!
