In case you missed it, Pantone announced its Color of the Year (COTY) for 2020, and it’s a good one: Classic Blue, which essentially looks like cobalt and indigo had a color baby. Unlike past years’ Living Coral and Ultra Violet, this is a super easy shade to work with that has lots of staying power, in my opinion. It’s bold—but not scary bold, and it’ll play well with most existing color schemes. I mean, is there a color that doesn’t go with blue? Plus, blues are known to be calming colors, and if there’s anything we can all get behind for 2020, it’s chill vibes. These eight items in the Pantone COTY will help color your world, Classic Blue style.
