Parramyd Planter: From Plant to Sculpture

We're always looking for something that will add a little zip to our indoor house plants. A green plant is just a plant, at least until it has this cool add-on geometric trellis and then it's a work of art.

In the world of planters or home decor and plants, there aren't many new shakeups. Usually things are pretty simple. Have plant? Add pot. Done.

In this case, as a plant, or more specifically a plants that creeps or vines, is taking hold, you can create a sculptural structure for it to weave its way around. The idea comes from Studio KG and we think it's a good one. Not quite on the market yet here in the US, but we're hoping soon.

Can't wait till it drops here? Try making your own with small pieces of balsa wood from your local craft store with a little glue. You could stick together a handful of shapes in no time and your plants could be on their way to climbing beauty in no time flat. Well besides the time it takes you to check out at JoAnns and that's always an eternity.
