I'm a huge fan and believer of everything has its place. I'm so organized that my significant other often wants to sabotage the office and leave everything out on the desk. It's a funny trait to share with someone that doesn't feel the same way, but it's so delightful to find someone that is on the same page, and that's how Andrew & Eric are.
Every single thing in the home of Andrew and Eric has its place. They've mastered the placement of IKEA storage boxes, and realized that they don't necessarily need to be displayed &mdash they can be put away in drawers and serve as a pleasant surprise!
A 680 square foot home doesn't afford the luxury of leaving everything out in the open. You have to get creative and utilize storage to its potential. The TV and home entertainment components are tucked away in the TV hutch, only to be seen when needed.
The real inspiration in this home is to think outside of the box. Just because you have a dirt devil doesn't mean it needs to sit out on the floor charging all the time, it can be put away and brought out when you're ready to use it. There's no shame in wanting to put everything away in its place, it might actually help you relax around the house!
