Piixl's Slim PC Mounts Behind TVs

Piixl has done the unfathomable and created a PC that doubles as a VESA mount. You know what that means - you can now literally throw a PC behind your flat-panel HDTV. Out of view and only there when you need it, that's how we like it, baby!

It's definitely a novel concept, and one many HTPC companies should be keeping an eye out on, but even though we're drooling heavily over Piixl's magnificent piece of engineering, it's the price that pretty much makes this "dream HTPC" truly a dream in reality. The little runs a starting price at slightly above $4000 and comes with a 3Ghz Core 2 Duo processor, upgradable of course for those who are looking to take it above $5k and beyond.

You can read more about it here, but if you're like us (who don't have $4k to blow at the moment), you'll probably want to sit this one out for the time being. Drop the price a couple grand to say... $1000, and maybe you'll have yourself a deal.
