Polaroid Coasters Capture the Times You Never Had

We know a bunch of you are Polaroid fans. When we brought you the news that the instant photo manufacturer was going to stop making and selling the film that made their name (and that shape) famous, you worried about where you were gonna get your next film fix from. I guess vintage never dies. Whether or not you're able to get your hands on those sweet little white frames, you might like to immortalize their iconic look with these coffee table coasters...

These Exotic Ladies Coasters are so-titled because, we guess, the creator wanted men everywhere to have fake Polaroids of scantily-clad women from the 1970s to make his friends think he time-traveled and got some vintage booty along the way. Embedded magnets also mean that you can impress your friends with Polaroids of women you couldn't have met stuck right onto your fridge.

While it's a pretty funny idea, and a perfect gift for some guys we know, we wish that there was some way to switch out the photos. Then again, we can see this working out as a possibly DIY project. I bet you could take your own Polaroid snaps, laminate them, glue 'em onto a cork or thin sheet of wood, and paint a sealant all around. Voila! Polaroid coasters to match your Polaroid-style digital photo frame.
