If you use your cell phone a lot, you might start to worry about harmful radio waves. With iPhones being used all the time, you start to wonder at exactly what the effect of using cell phones for that long actually has. Well, you don't worry as much if you know about Pong.

Pong Research has developed these cases, which are designed for the iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS and Blackberry Curve. That's it for now, but we're sure that more models will be available shortly. The Pong case basically redirects the radio waves away from your head thanks to a Gold PCB module. The silicone case nicely protects your smartphone. Apparently this silicone is of a special type of blend which will maximize cellular signal strength.

The manufacturer actually says that this is the only case that has been scientifically proven to redirect radiation and protect your head from it. It reduces cell phone radiation by 60%. It reduces hotspot cell phone radiation by 85%. This was tested and verified by the FCC. The iPhone versions of the Pong case sell for $60, while the Blackberry version sells for $50.
