Strap by Droog

May 8, 2008

Organizing means compartmentalizing...or at least getting things up off the floor.

The Droog Strap reminds us a bit of those frat boy pranks that involve duct-taping people to walls but we have to admit we're intrigued...

The Strap by Droog is a long strip of silicone, which can be wall-mounted vertically or horizontally, and is taut enough to hold whatever you got to hold. We've seen it clasp onto shoes, plates, magazines, and lots and lots of toys.

We see this product as a good (and fun) temporary storage solution that also happens to look good (sculptural, even) when not in use. It's available at Twig for $24 per piece (in red, white or charcoal).

Is anyone currently using the Strap? What kinds of crazy things can it hold?
