Chargers and extra batteries are indispensable to us. We all carry the regular laptop chargers and mobile chargers but what about a designer handbag that charges? Or a solar charger that powers your device using energy from the sun? Here's a roundup of interesting chargers we've discovered that are a bit more interesting than your average power up sources.

Solar Window Charger: This charger is meant to be mounted on your window to catch sunlight. Using the energy from the sun, it chargers your devices through a USB cord. We like the energy efficiency of this charger and its sleek design.

Richard Nicoll Re-charging Tote Bag: Although not yet on the market, we were quite intrigued with designer Richard Nicoll's collaboration with Vodafone in creating this handbag. The handbag itself needs to be charged and after it is fully powered it can charge your Blackberry, Android or iPhone. Under any sort of emergency, a re-charging tote could be very helpful. The bag is supposed to be released this spring.

Rollup Travel Charger: Power up to four different devices using one outlet with this nice leather rollup charger. It's basically a surge protector with a pretty leather case that can roll up all the cord clutter.

Portable Battery Charger: We couldn't resist throwing a cute charger in the mix. This portable bear charger runs on batteries and comes with a long cord so that you can talk on the phone while charging your phone at the same time.

Mophie: This little juice pack looks almost like a lighter. But instead of a flame, charging cables are located inside so you can flip the top open and charge your iPod or iPhone when needed.
