Prince George Takes Over Prince William's Old Treehouse at Grandpa Prince Charles' House
Prince Charles is an avid gardener, and has transformed part of his country estate into a royal retreat for his young grandson. This treehouse was originally built for William, and has recently been refurbished for Prince George.
Called Hollyrood House after the Queen's Scotland home, the treehouse was built in 1988 and was a favorite place to escape for William. Even though he's still a little young to use it, Prince Charles recently took his grandson to check it out for the first time.
Also at Highgrove House is a Victorian-style shepherd's hut on wheels, complete with a daybed and a tiny stove. The caravan was gifted by Plankridge for Prince George's first birthday.
