When Prince Harry wed Meghan Markle last year, we pretty much kissed our shot at marrying into the royal family goodbye. However, we still have a chance at the next best thing: becoming their neighbor. There’s a home for sale near Frogmore Cottage, where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex (and Baby Sussex!) live, Architectural Digest reports. And it can be yours for a cool $1.4 million (£1.1 million).

Okay, you wouldn’t exactly be next-door neighbors. The home is a short 20-minute walk to Harry and Meghan’s place, so it’s not like you could pop over and ask to borrow a cup of sugar. But it’s still close enough that you could possibly have the occasional royal run-in.

The home has plenty of features beyond the royal neighbors. It has four bedrooms, a large garden, and gets a ton of natural light. It also offers stunning views of the Long Walk at Windsor Castle, which you may recognize as the path Harry and Meghan took on their post-royal wedding carriage ride.

As these photos shared by Daily Mail indicate, the home needs a bit of work, but it would be fantastic for a family. The downstairs features a foyer, formal living room, and dining room that leads into the kitchen. The second floor features the master bedroom, reception room, another bedroom, and a bathroom. Finally, the third floor has two more bedrooms.

“It’s a magnificent property which presents a wonderful renovation opportunity for the lucky buyers,” Anthony Blackstone, director of Winkworth’s Sunningdale branch covering Windsor, told Daily Mail. “With the Duke and Duchess of Sussex living just around the corner, Windsor has become somewhat of a fairy-tale town and is a marvelous place to raise a family.”
