Using a pair of SHARP SCISSORS, simply trim back the burnt pile and glue back a few extra fibers trimmed from along a wall board, or even in a closet. One from here, one from there, and no one will ever know where they came from. When dry, trim them level with the rest of the carpet and you’re all set. Easy peasy!
