Quick Tip: How To Bring The Bubbles Back

Finishing a bottle of champagne is not usually a problem at my house, but if you find yourself with an open bottle that's going flat, here's a fun trick:

Drop a raisin in the bottle before pouring, and it will revive the bubbles. Any carbon dioxide that's left in the champagne will stick to the raisin's ridges, and release again as tiny bubbles.
