I posted a couple weeks ago about the Truly Green iPhone Case from Miniwiz, but they have also created another product with not one, but three uses. Add that it's also made from their revolutionary POLLIBER, made of 100% recycled materials, and I wonder if you can possibly get any greener with a "new" product?
POLLIBER is the result of reprocessed rice husks and post-consumer plastics manufactured with minimal CO2 emissions. The rice husk replaces much of the mechanical strength normally lost in the recycling process.
The Re-Wine is a protective wine carrying case that can be a table lamp, by reusing a wine bottle, or you can go sans bottle and create a unique chandelier. All this by adding a simple bulb and cord (and, of course, an energy efficient bulb), available at most local hardware stores.
Last, but not least, you can use multiple Re-Wine units as building blocks. You can create shelves, dividers or even furniture. Contact Miniwiz for distribution information.
