A Nook of One's Own: Kids' Reading Nooks

I think one thing that's universally true is that all parents want their child to love reading. And it's also true that kids can read pretty much anywhere - in the car, on the couch, or at the kitchen table. But like the much-loved fort or tent, a cozy nook set up specifically for reading can help make it a fun activity for your child.

And it doesn't have to be difficult - a few comfortable floor cushions, a big squishy bean bag chair, or a teepee are all easy ways to instantly create a fun space for fairy tales, adventure stories, and novels. Above are fifteen fabulous reading nooks in all sizes, shapes, and styles to help inspire you.
