Miki Agrawal and Andrew Horn skipped the church tradition when they got hitched; their wedding was impromptu and at Burning Man. A story made even more charming when you learn that their rental apartment in Brooklyn is housed in a building that was a former church. It's a unique twist of events that's not surprising for these two bold entrepreneurs sharing their lives and home together.
Miki and Andrew are both entrepreneurs. And you can see how their styles mesh and mingle in their 750 square foot Brooklyn apartment. There isn't a ton windows or light in the space, but that adds to the moodiness of the atmosphere. A mix of building materials (from modern metal to traditional brick) create an eclectic canvas for them to paint their style on.
Their look is best described as Moroccan meets Southwestern, and everything around the apartment has a story or history. The home doesn't have a sofa — instead there's a boudoir-style bed in the living room for ultimate lounging and coziness. And though much of their apartment has "more is more" vibes, you might be surprised to see what their bedroom looks like. They purposefully left the interior of their sleep space incredibly minimal and calming. It's a place where they sleep and relax and...well, watch the video to learn more.
You can see their entire home and read about their style in their full house tour that we'll be publishing in the near future. But as we toured their space, we learned about how they make their relationship work. These two high-energy, busy, animated individuals have crafted a coupledom that fits their lifestyles, and they shared some of the ways they make it work in the video above. It's a sweet peek into a happy relationship that's actually about to expand — they are expecting their first child!
