We saw this Red and Black Office and immediately fell in love with a few of the key features. We take great pride in knowing that you can have a really functional, technologically savvy and stylish office. It's not hard to pair the two &mdash and we love commending people that seem to grasp this concept with ease.

Lifehacker posted photos of reader Vincent Vega's home office makeover and we're really enjoying what has been done with the space.

Vega started with great hardwood floors that compliment both the black and red accents in the room. The large black desk works great with the large book shelves, black chair and black computer items. The stainless steel handles and trim around the cabinet doors add a special touch of modern and help to break up what could easily become a sea of black.

We've always been huge fans of glass windows on any type of cabinet door &mdash especially in an office. There are so many great looking organizational elements that can be incorporated into an office, so why hide them! Vega did a great job of breaking up the sea of black (again) by choosing to use red and white organizational boxes inside of the cabinets. The lights above each door help to showcase the pops of color.

The single row of smaller cabinets above the computer desk adds a great touch of extra storage. It's not obtrusive in any way and looks great. It also helps to not put all of your focus on the large dual monitor set up because the cabinets are longer on each side.

What do you think of the Red and Black Office?
