We featured Linda and John Meyers' fabulous book last October when they were guest bloggers on Apartment Therapy, but with Home Hacks month in full swing it is definitely worth another mention. Wary Meyer's Tossed and Found: Unconventional Design from Cast-offs features 45 DIY projects that take reusing and recycling to new heights.

With projects that turn footballs into desk lamps, steel pipes into umbrella stands, basketball hoops into tables and pool noodles into chairs, there is no end to the inspiration you can find to turn your garage sale finds into unique and whimsical home accessories.

Once you've exhausted all of your creative juices, visit Wary Meyers' Decorative Arts to see some of the interiors that this artistic duo has designed. It's no surprise that before Wary Meyers, Linda was a graphic designer and art director and John was the Corporate Display Director for Anthropologie.
