If you’re looking to refresh your bedroom this year — or add to your supply of cozy house clothes for the colder months ahead — then Rifle Paper Co.’s new collection with The Company Store is a great place to start your shopping search. Known for its AT Best List-awarded cotton sheets and beloved down comforters, The Company Store has never collaborated with a brand before, but this partnership with Rifle Paper Co. just made sense. Marrying Rifle artist and co-founder Anna Bond’s signature florals with The Company Store’s premium fabrics has resulted in bedding and loungewear offerings that will make waking up — and staying in — all the more bright and beautiful.

I’d argue that any item from the collection can transform your little corner of the world into a cottagecore dream, whether you choose just a pair of pillowcases or a full bedding suite. Throughout the collection, you’ll find some of Rifle’s most recognizable florals — Peacock, Bramble Garden, and Strawberry Fields — emblazoned on The Company Store’s core offerings, from sateen and percale sheets to cotton voile quilts, duvet covers, and even poplin pajamas.

The attention to detail sets these pieces apart; the decorative pillow covers sport tactile embroidery, and all of the patterns have a hand-painted look. Prices start at just $39 and go up to $349, and the entire collection is now available to shop online at both riflepaperco.com and thecompanystore.com

To help you shop this collaboration before it sells out, I picked a few of my favorite pieces. The best part? If you’re a Rifle fan and already own some of the brand’s wallpaper, furniture, or rugs, these pieces layer in with those furnishings wonderfully for a more-is-more romantic look.

There’s something so lovely about an herbarium sheet-inspired pattern, which I’ve been seeing a lot of lately. Although its repeat packs plenty of floral variety, this quilt, on the whole, still reads as a neutral, thanks to its creamy base color and smaller-scale print.

You can’t go wrong with a set of The Company Store’s luxe sateen sheets. I love this laurel leaf meets arbor pattern, which comes in both gold and blue colorways and makes pattern mixing a cinch with its understated elegance.

The sheeting in this collection is also sold as separates, which means you can snag just a set of pillowcases if you’re looking to refresh on a tight budget (or just skip the top sheet if you’re not a fan of them). For under $50, the Strawberry Fields pattern would add a jaunty, English garden-inspired touch to your simple white sheets.

A long lumbar pillow, like this one in Bond’s Bramble pattern, is all you need to style out your top of bed. Keep it simple with just this cushion, and let the beautiful stitched details do all the talking.

At this point, Rifle’s bold peacock pattern is iconic. Why not wear it to go to bed — or when you’re just hanging around your house — with these sweet PJs? The design also comes in short set and nightshirt options, too, as well as a coordinating duvet in ivory.

Finally, if you’re all about white bedding, there’s something in this collab for you, too. Enter: the Laurel Matelassé Coverlet, which has the quintessential French vibe this kind of traditional bed covering is known for. It does come in blue and soft pink, though, if you find yourself feeling more color adventurous in 2024.
