Many of us have a soft spot for the ever popular Rody riding toy. He's been available in many colors over the years, but a forthcoming artist edition release has this bad boy representin' like no other Rody in the past. He was inspired by a band — do any of you punk rock parents care to take a stab at which one?

Suicidal Tendencies! This Rody is a combination between Zacpac and Flake (a Japanese kid's clothing label) and it has a few modifications to the original Rody design. His spots and facial markings are different than the original versions.

We just can't get over how adorable this black Rody is in his little bandanna - a pretty cool twist on a well loved children's toy. The "Venice Black" Rody will be on sale at the end of this month and they are taking pre-orders over at Zacpac. They are only releasing 500 of them, so pre-order is recommended for those who have to have this bad boy toy in their home. He's only $30, but Zacpac will be shipping from Japan, so shipping costs will be slightly higher than usual.
