You know the old saying that for little kids, often the box is more fun to play with than the actual toy? With this cool idea called Rolobox, the box can become the toy—over and over again.

The idea behind Rolobox is very simple: take any empty cardboard box and attach these plastic wheels, and you've got an instant pull toy. Make it even more fun by having your kids decorate the box; if you want to go all out, cut out patterns to create anything from a race car to a school bus to a wagon. The wheels attach and detach easily, so you can reuse them. Whenever one box wears out (or falls out of favor), take off the wheels and attach them to the box of the moment.

For $13.95 from Amazon, it's an easy investment that could yield hours of imaginative (and upcycled!) play.
